We take this opportunity to introduce Bharatiya Vidya Bhavan Institute of Management Science (BIMS), Kolkata to you.

We appreciate your support in enrolling your ward Souvik Bhunia, in the BBA 3 Semester Course at our institution. Our faculty and management are dedicated to ensuring the smooth running of regular classes, which your ward is expected to attend. As per rule, the minimum attendance requirement for each and/or all subjects is 75% per month.

However, our records indicate that your ward's attendance upto the 27 August 2025 is only 2%, which is below the satisfactory level. Therefore, we kindly request you to schedule a meeting with our Principal, along with your ward, to discuss the reasons for the absence at your earliest convenience.
